Blue Team = Green Team

The "Green Team" is a group of people appointed by U.S. President Barack Obama to head up various sections of the government. They are in a position to help make a difference. And one of the people on the new Green Team, Jane Lubchenco, is going to lead an important agency called the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, which deals with the ocean among other things. (We like to think of people who are involved with water as the "Blue Team".)
